I have a previous version of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 VL ISO (v15.0.4420.1017) 64 bit, how do I update to the new version v15.0.4551.1508 ? my goal is to get the updates and create a new ISO of this new version. Any ideas or opinions on this problem? Best Regards,
Use Windows Hotfix Downloader to dowload them and put the msp files in the update folder of the original iso.
Just adding to that, if the iso is already integrated with updates of an earlier date (use 7 zip to extract the iso and see the updates folder), then overwrite the newer updates (extracted as x-none type files). Murphy pointed out that it is not a good idea to add mso-x-none to the updates folder.
many thanks for this information I will try to extract the iso with 7zip, downloading the updates with windows microsoft hotfix downloader and I will use the Microsoft toolkit to create the iso with updates included. Best Regards
i have murphy's Office_ProPlus_2013_VL_64Bit_En-US-Sep2013 . and i wanna update it till this months update, how can i sort out updates which are after sep 2013, also when i checked with WindowsHotfixDownloader it shows total updates of size 2.12gb. for office 2013
Is the way the same like Office 2010, extracting SP1 for Office 2013 and copying them to the update folder? What is the command to extract the update ?
In the post "Microsoft Office 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1)" into this forum, explains how to integrate the service pack 1 for Office 2013 with Microsoft toolkit.
Hi again. I used the same slipstream of Office 2010 and worked. Both, x86 and x64 integrated to my ISO's of Office 2013. Only extracting with Winrar, 7zip or similar doesn´t work, because it is necessary to accept EULA. But for me it worked. And the best that I didn´t need programs, only CMD.
