Microsoft reveals pricing, packaging for Windows 8.1; will be “full version software”

    So for existing windows 8 users it will be a upgrade downloadable from store. What M$ is doing? so if normal user want to reinstall OS then first they have to install windows 8 & then download upgrade again(i know, can install 8.1 from leaked ISOs).

    or it will be a same as windows 8 esd download that we can burn to USB\ISO???

    "normal" users doesn't re-install their OS.
