When I try to install certain apps from the Microsoft Store that I download from "Adguard Store", I can't launch them from the shortcut created in the Start Menu, I have to go to the installation folder to launch them.

There are certain apps that don't install at all, I have the following error : "This app package is not supported for installation by App Installer because it uses certain restricted capabilities.". Is there a solution for this error ?

P.S.: I don't donwload apps from Store, but Store app is installed on my PC, just blocked with Firewall.

Quite a many Windows 10 apps no longer work with Windows 11 and probably many have not been updated yet, so download only from the Windows store, these ones are already updated.

Try and install from PowerShell As Admin, as is the case with the new Windows Subsystem for Android, this post.
    Code:
    Add-AppxPackage -Path <pathtopackagefile>
