    I miss checksums (SHA-1)
    I also have a lot of these images, one problem is that I miss a thread specific for checksums of old images.
    There are some scattered around in countless posts, unite them in one thread would be a lot easier to search, verify them and if they are legit (by help from the community)
    Could that be an idea? It would be wise if someone would take responsibility to update this thread over time and suggestions and replace checksums that is wrong could be posted by PM to keep it more clean.
    I for sure would help the best I could in background to build such a database.
    There are many non-genuine images in circulation and for collectors not many trustworthy places to go to verify them.
    I don't see the point in keeping this hidden and/or scattered around.

    Food for thought.
    :)

    I've built a new house in another city and I'm moving. Everything already packed in boxes and in the container. If I have everything back on the shelf at a later date, I'll give you all the sha1 checksums with a picture of the OS.

    Nah, don't think more about it - I have my checksums under control :1eye: no worries. Congrats with a new house.

    Bonne chance, mon ami.

    A little more specific, which file, would help a lot.

    Basically, I'm looking for Portuguese (Brazil) localized versions of Windows 2000 and NT4.

    Windows 98SE/ME would be nice, but not that important for me.

    Unfortunately couldn't find filenames or even verified hashes.

    It seems that Windows 2000 ISO was available with SP4.

    Regarding NT4 I have no idea if an ISO with SP6 was ever built by Microsoft.

    Have you both a nice day. ;)

    PS: I do have all XP / 2003 ISOs in EN-US and PT-BR, if anyone needs it.

    @Quo Vadis

    please be careful with links from winworldpc (unless you have tested and checked it yourself)
    winworldpc is one of the largest polluters
    it is not allowed on MDL to publish homebrew stuff (non original Microsoft) on MDL !!!!!

    i have never see a valid CD - all i checked are homebrew

    - afaik only NT4 sp1 level was released for PT-BR
    - SP6 and SP6a only released as Srvice Pack only CD's for some languages - most are internatiomal combo cds with different languages

    @Quo Vadis, thanks.
    I've already tried WinworldPC. Unfortunately most ISOs from there, specially those pre-XP, are homebrew.

    @vanelle, thanks for the info, at least I have the hashes to confirm whatever ISOs I find.
