So you say that I troll because you don't want to share with us your own windows 2000 in Greek. I deleted all the posts I made from time to time because I respect the community. You want to share your goodness, you want not to share, there is no problem.
I do not have anything else to say. I leave from here and if I ever say you decide to add them, I will be around. Also you told me to upload that I have in the community to give them to me but you did not give them to me finally unfortunately or fortunately better because they would come out sour with so much anticipation. You also asked another friend in here who was looking for them and what he would offer to the community and that you are not the savior or the general told your child what he would offer but you have not given them to him either. What can I tell you, poor man? You are only for the show since you do not share anything. Give without remembering and take without forgetting. that's how I learned and that's how I do it.

He doesn't even upload them and he just gives them the names there to show that he only has them. But there are other oranges that make oranges.

    1. you should understand that
more then 90% of old stuff on www is homebrew, edit with
    - ultraiso
    - poweriso
    - nero
    - etc.

    2. to much trolls on the www want catch likes

    3. you should know that each iso has 2 values in the iso header
    - sector size
    - and sector count
sector size * sector count = valid Iso size in bytes (dumped size) = size of the iso on MSDN => sha1 from MSDN

    4. if you rip a iso from a original CD the size of the iso is always bigger then the dumped iso size -> zero bytes padded (so calld overdumped)
    - afaik only ultraiso has a filter to rip without the zero padding (this filter is by default disabled)
    - if the riped file is overdumped you get alwasy different hashes
    - overdumped ripping usual happen on CD's without UDF-header
    - UDF DVD's usual not ripped overdumded (breaks UDF format extension)

    Note
if you get a Image from www you should
    - mount it
    - rip it again with ultraiso (with anabled filter) to get a valid dumped iso size (or use a tool wich dump the iso) https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...-info-for-collectors.52771/page-4#post-989979
    - create a new SHA1 for the dumped iso
only then you can compare hashes !!!!

    my hashes are
    - always hashes for dumped iso's
    - the iso's are always checked (cross checked with other languages) and double checked by other serious MDL Member
(also forensic checked if eg the boot sector is valid - and many other thigs from the iso)

may be this help you to understand why
    - hashes differ
    - how to get valid dumped hashes
    - all serious collectors hate such hombrew nonsens (like this el Troll publish)
    - it is not alloud by the MDL rules to publish hombrew nonsens

lets keep MDL serious and fight against this trolls (dont support this Trolls)
only then you can get valid MS files

    Or, for a simpler answer...

The SHA1 posted by Vanelle and other veteran members were collected over several years, extracted from untouched/unmodified files distributed by Microsoft on MSDN, official pages, etc that was once available on the web, OR dumped from original physical media (CD/DVD) to file with specific tools and verified by multiple sources and trusted members.

The SHA1 you posted are not in his database, which means those files are incorrectly dumped and/or modified, and there is no way to know if they contain virus and/or damaged files inside.

In my opinion, EVERY topic in this forum regarding "INFO FOR COLLECTORS" should have exactly that, a list or a link to a list of the known SHA1 and file sizes in the 1st topic, so anyone interested in that information is able to find it. Sharing said files is a completely different matter, each one is entitled to choose what they want to share or not share, and that's a discussion I don't want to get involved.

actually I already knew all this :)
my question is very simple and has not given an answer ...
how do you prove the SHA-1 of "el_w2k_W2P_FPP_20000503.iso" is "5BF75DED80813565197B7E0F391A60F3A0D89DBA" if there is no documentation anywhere ?!
I also like to collect all versions of the MSDN operating and office systems
But they are not against things made in houses ... especially for old operating systems, first of CD or without boot ...
that's why I have two types of collections, the MSDN and the homemade ones.
On the difficulty in finding them it does not take much ... just having an MSDN subscription for over 5000 $ in the last 15-20 years and you have all without problems ...
The problem is that not everyone can afford it ... :)
I agree with you that it's not fair just to never give anything ...
P.S. = never used UltraISO, Black ... always unified CDIMAGE
