    I do exactly like you say - Admin rights on install.cmd. I use Lenovo key or my key - no go.
    For other side - I know this method - I test it - works :D but... I'm stubborn as a mule and I want to make works with acti*ator :) Second thing is - I need working version of my Win7 for one of my PC with Phoenix bios without any SLIC table. :( I don't know how to add it for this Phoenix bios. Anyone?

    Hi all,

    sorry to dig this thread from the grave, but I have a relative question.

    To my understanding OEM activation works like this:
    Bios with SLIC 2.1 + correct Certificate + OEM SLP Key = Activated

    According to this list..help://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/10370-Windows-7-OEM-SLP-Key-Collection
    there are E versions SLP Keys available...

    Assuming Bios has SLIC 2.1 + Certificate (same used with normal version of windows) + above mentioned SLP Key for version E
    Will that activate?

    Yes it will activate or you could use Daz loader to add certificate and serial number.
