looked there. yes, the problem exists. hope it's isolated cases in some conditions. i have 4 pc and two VMs with these updates. nothing bad happens. i think the problem is that it tries to make comatible 32bit drivers now
I got update as attached… wants to ask and confirm if all ok to install except the KB971033 I use daz loader 1.7.1 thank you
yup, all the latest updates are working fine on my machines here. if you are running DAZ, you should validate online at microsoft.com/genuine, which will install KB...1033 anyway.
I have been using my 7 Ultimate with DAZ Loader for a few moths now, without any more pop ups from M$. I simply did not go back to the site to validate again, as this always brings up the non-genuine label, because I changed the language files (long story, don't ask ;-) )... and I can do without M$'s acceptance, I found. But.... I have not updated 7 for a long time now, because I cannot find a way to update, where I can be certain that it will NOT trigger the "non-genuine". Anyone knows a REALLY safe source for updates in my case? My 971033 is installed and has not caused problems yet. So, I would like this to remain like that.... Thanks, HL
That is good to know for starters, but where do I find them? Where exactly would I find the updates from July, Aug, and Sep 2010 . Whereever I go there is nothing, when I try to download an update for the update loader I find editions for Word and VIsta.. Could you point me to the page where I am supposed to go? Or should I simply update from the MS site? All of them???? THanks

Any issues from the most recent update, KB954430, security update for XML Core Services 4.0 for 64-bit systems? The original update with the same name issued in November 11, 2008 seemed to be a bit buggy requiring repeated installs.

I wonder if anyone else is unable to install the latest update, KB973688? There have been a few reports of this install failure on the Web. Although it is not a security update, it would be interesting to know the extent of this issue here. On Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit with IR4_3.1.
