According to the information on the MS website (archive.org), this should exist

I don't understand you. What's the point of your offtop?
I am building my "ultimate Windows XP" rig with Sandy Bridge for memories reasons and incoming 25th anniversary of releasing XP. I bought XP license for that PC, Office too, so I am looking now for OPK. I can download English and I downloaded it already for testing purposes, however my native language is Polish. OPKs aren't even warez, because Microsoft gave them us for free, but today their site is unavailable.
I searched thru archive.org, Polish and English forums about retro PCs, our eBay equivalent (Allegro), OLX, no results. It is disappeared, MDL is my "last resort".

Did any ISO for French Windows XP sp1a pro vl surfaced? I checked everywhere I can't even find hash for it.
And I believe it's the same with SP1 I have retail and oem somewhere but never seen volume.

Talking about Windows XP, does somebody have WinXPsp1a_FR_HOM_BF.exe the bootdisks to start install of French XP Home SP1a CD?
I cant find on the Microsoft website I think link is dead.

Obviously there´s no sp 3 for the x64 version. Can someone check that ?

 

Microsoft never released SP3 for x64... because x64 isn’t actually Windows XP, it’s Server 2003 x64 in Workstation mode with a nice theme.
