    Obviously there´s no sp 3 for the x64 version. Can someone check that ?

    Microsoft never released SP3 for x64    ... because x64 isn’t actually Windows XP, it’s Server 2003 x64 in Workstation mode with a nice theme.

    Yep. XP 32bit is NT 5.1, XP 64bit is NT 5.2 aka Server 2003 kernel.
