Modem work correctly on Desktop PC (450 watt)
When Connecting on Notebook i get this following error 678 port not responding
After checking i found that out carrier ok but in carrier not ( SMS Send ok but not Receive), this caused by lack of power on usb port.
This problem more worst if use battery ( not AC Cord ). When i get near Transmitter/ get good signal the modem can work.

My Assumption is receiver not use more power if get good signal or near transmitter. To solve this problem choose between buy new modem with less consumption or allocating more power to usb port.

My question is HOW TO ALLOCATING MORE POWER ?

    Correct Me if I Wrong

    Difficult to understand you sir.

Try updating the drivers to the modem (you have not stated what modem is is or what operating system you are using)
