    Hi All,

I am looking for an AIO MB to replace the one in my DEAD "HP" computer. I am wanting an AIO for low power and small size, plus I am interested in something that can be SLIC'd with one of the following:

I know AIO's are not the best at anything, just extra convenient and cheap. I am looking at the ASUS P5Q-EM or the P5KPL-CM.

Are either of these worthwhile, or does anyone have better advice? My main goals are video editing-compressing-DVD Authoring, internet surfing, word processing, and antivirus.

    Thanks,

    AIO Mobo

    Just an observation . . . .

AIO mobos do not seem to be very high on many people's lists, apparently because one would rather add gfx and audio cards to suit, especially given the interest in SLI/Crossfire, games, 3D, etc., which the microATX limits (the board is only 9 x 9 inches)

I have an ASUS mobo (M3A79-T Deluxe) and a quick search reveals that the P5q-em is well regarded - as are most ASUS mobos; it's a quality thing that you pay a bit more for.

As long as you are comfortable with the limitations - with no near-future anticipated changes in capability - the P5q-em seems like a good AIO choice.
