I have some kind of weird mouse lag on Source engines game like tf2,csgo especially on Windows 7 while windows 10 it's less.also on windows 7 if i terminate explorer.exe,the mouse lag is gone and of course i can re-run in task manager.i have old pc intel core 2 duo 2.93 ghz ,4 gb ram ,gt 240.i know most people will say you have an old PC but why running without explorer.exe run great between 50-60 fps and no mouse lag?i am not asking for fix but just curious what is causing this problem.
The GT240 is a pure office card, get at least an used GeForce 8600 or 9600 GT, you can find them around for 20 bucks.
