well, but when your win8.1 has ms office 2010 installed and activated then when you take backup of win8.1 using this mtk 2.4.9 then it does not ask for any key/serial.
you are absolutely right but I think I was not quite clear what I wanted to say. I want to say : using mtk you take back-up of your windows ( or + office 2013) then what is the use of asking for MS office 2013 key used for activation? I mean we are taking activation backup and certainly not trying to finding or verifying your office key. Please look it in another way. when you take backup then your backup folder contains one key.ini file which stores your windows product key you used. further, when you show last 5 characters of the ms office key that means this backup process reads the whole key combination of ms office 2013 then instead of reading it and storing it in key.ini file why it asks for verification of ms office 2013 key only. why not windows key?
I can't find the thread now, does backing up Windows 8 activation with MTK, installing 8.1 and restoring the backup work for activating 8.1 ? Sure there was a thread about that, but I've lost it
