Sorry to ask what may be a real newbie question, but what is the most painless way to move on from Office 2010 Technical Preview? I am still using Office 2010 Technical Preview, and it has worked fine all this time. But I know on 31 October it will stop working. Actually, if there were some way of rearming it, I would not bother to move on from there, partly because in the past, when I have installed one copy of Office over another one that is the same version e.g. beta to RTM, there has been a lot of time wasted while the application looks for the old install etc and sometimes in the end I have returned to factory settings and installed the whole lot of the computer's software again. Have you made so many custom settings on your Office version? If not, do a fresh install with Office 2010 RTM, and then you're ready... uninstall the TP first of course.
