MS Office 2010 SP1 Beta OUT

Anyone else gets installation failure?

 

Sp1 works fine for me with IORRT and EL AR

 

Any links with interated SP1?

 

Sadly, MS doesn't integrate Office releases.

Nothing official as of now. Nothing on technet, not even the sp1 and no integrated exe/iso. Very lazy attitude on the part of Microsoft.

You mean to say you got the integrated office 2010 with sp1??. I was referring to that.
The sp1 alone was available at around 5 pm GMT (930 PM India time) yesterday on windows update and aggregated around 593 MB for office, project, and visio.

 

i got "the install of this package failed" error when run upgrade package from link above,any advice?

 

You are not alone. I also get this for project 2010 sp1 when using downloaded sp1 (not thru windows updates). Rebooting and trying again may solve this problem. It did for me.

 

yes,it worked for me,thanks a lot,but the version now is 14.0.6023.1000,is it SP1 version?

 

Yes. Can also see it in control panel-windows updates-view update history

or in control panel-programs and features-view installed updates.
