Those of you who are using Office 210 beta, how much of a difference do you see in it from 2010 beta? Please let me know. Thoughts? thx
Not sure what you are asking..... To my knowledge, Office 2010 has not enterred the BETA stage yet. The Technical Preview that is floating around is essentially an ALPHA version or maybe even more accurately a PRE-ALPHA version. It was intended to show what direction Office was headed in, especially with regards to changes that MS realized needed to be made after feedback for 2007. It will still likely go through more feature and ribbon changes until a feature-frozen RC is ready.
As an MS Partner I receive regular notices/announcements from MS. Today I received an email noting that they are no longer taking applications for Office 2010 beta testers as they are "full." Those whose status is "pending" will be notified in July or August to participate as needed. Monk
