    I think, because they didn't make international pages for Win 8 RP.
    Or just because they didn't prepare their server for upload and etc.

    I believe its just about to get up now, you know there was a related link called Windows 8 Release Preview, on the Windows Server... page?
    The link just changed to Windows 8 Customer Preview now :)
