Thanks for the help man, but i only found Pro VL, for PT-BR and EN, and not Pro N VL PT-BR. And Core I didn't find VL version.
there is no Core VL edition. VL come PRO and Enterprise. Core/Pro (multiple edition) are not VL. And currently, by the looks of MSDN, no N VL Pro for PT-BR either.

I'm confused. I downloaded the evaluation version of Win8.1 Enterprise from MSDN. The only file I can see is readme.txt, which says: This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification. I have no idea which OS supports UDF, but you'd think that Microsoft's own Win7 would be one of them. Why would they create an ISO that can't be read by their own OS? And how do I make use of the ISO I downloaded?
You should do some google search on how to create an install media from that ISO . Can be done by burning it to a DVD or creating a bootable usb pen drive using a tool like Rufus. NOTE: The Evaluation version will only work for max 180 days and needs to be reinstalled freshly than . Better get a full build.
Looks like his UDF-driver is on the fritz - usually Win7 will read these ISOs fine. The readme.txt is part of the fallback ISO9660 filesystem.
