    They seem to be the same but I didn't hash check the Original Unmodified Bios's, but you can.

    First try on the 17.6 revision with SLIC 2.1
    Error occurs when starts. (before flash)

    Im thinking should the name A7623AMS_SLIC.H60 be renamed as A7623AMS.H60...
    Because when I flash with my Bootable USB flash drive which is made bootable with HP USB tool 2.2.3,
    type AFUD4310 A7623AMS_SLIC.H60

    It reports error immediately just after i enter so i stop trying.
    Or is the bios somehow relate to the flash utility, so the name with "_SLIC" should be changed?

    Yes, rename A7623AMS_SLIC.H60 to A7623AMS.H60 and then flash it
