Have a MSI-Z68A-GD65 B3 someone already asked and it was done so I just wanted to post a big thanks to Loxxx
Try Flashing with this command: AFUD4310 7599SLIC.A80 /P /N /C And also check your Power Settings and make sure Sleep mode on and isn't disabling the SLIC.
Retried with the commands, still no dice.. Also I think nvram was flashed and cmos checksum was destroyed even without those commands (the first time). This time I also did minimal changes to bios settings before booting after flashing and verified that ACPI Function is enabled under Power Management Settings.. But as I mentioned earlier, no go. Here are the notes from the earlier 10.5 mod bios that worked fine: SLIC: MSI 2.1 SLP: Dell Cert: MSI Modded with AMI SLIC Mod 1.61 Mod method: SSV2 It looks like the methods were pretty much the same, so I'm baffled. I assure you I've been using modded bioses since it first surfaced in the early days of Vista (and even tried making my own at the time, but failed haha altho I thought I hexed everything correctly), so I am pretty sure I'm doing it correctly.. I wish you can take a look at it again, but then again I don't know if the tools nowadays do it automatically and would result in an identical file or whether there's stuff to modify which might make or break a mod. Thanks for your time EDIT: Decided to take a look at SLIC ToolKit & SLIC Dump Status shows "Dump Error ! (SLIC Table Not found ! )" Also, here's the !Table_Index.txt: Code: Please select the 'Courier' font format to read ! Just trying to help/investigate, dunno if it helps, but hope it does EDIT2: Added RWEverything report.. EDIT3: I did a bit of reading and I'm thinking.. Could it be due to the mod being dynamic, not SSv2? Obviously I don't know what are the pros/cons of each, I just found out that MSI boards no likey SSv3, but like SSv2, but then dynamic would seem the most advanced but "dangerous"(?).. Maybe that has changed from the time of writing though.. mm.. I'm throwing 0.2s here and babbling on my own EDIT4: Ouch, such had 2 BSODs. Not sure if they're due to the bios though. Flashed the stock one, so gonna find out.
