make a pure DOS bootable media (Floppy or USB stick, FAT formatted), unpack archive to it, boot to DOS and type Code: AFUD404.exe SLIC.ROM /P /N /C /REBOOT AFUD404.exe /? - for help
If you are interested in my opinion, in 95% of cases, such PC's behavior is caused by problems with RAM (you can check it with Memtest86 (+) ) or with damaged capacitors on the motherboard.
Done it, although when I try to install Windows I'm getting BSOD and sometimes crashing on "Windows is loading files..."
