    This thread is for MSI bioses; you have an Insyde one.

    Windows 8.x (& onward) don't use OEM:SLP activation. So bios mod with SLIC is useless for your case.

    Thank you for this info, I wasn't really sure, but I now know. Is there a forum for Insyde BIOS? I really don't know the difference between all the different types of BIOS.
