Hello guys, As title says i'm trying to flash my motherboard (MSI p67a-c43) with a modded bios which allows more than 1.3v as CPU voltage. Reason for this is that with this mobo i can hit only 1.3v which is not enough for the chip i have (2500k), it can run stable at 4.2 ghz but I hit a wall as I cant set a higher voltage. I got a great noctua cooling system and I'd like to squeeze some extra life out of this chip. Can anyone help? I have also found online on an old thread that p67-GD55 bios "could" work on my mobo, but i havent flashed it yet without any other confirmation. Can someone help? Thanks a lot
