    Try using the ADsfi71.exe that came from MSI with that BIOS to Flash.

    Did you clear CMOS and reset BIOS setup to Default settings and save and exit ??

    If the bios was factory before, this happens very often with XP installs, as the ACPI is very touchy. You can do a repair install and be ok..

    The XP sees a new motherboard..(oversimplified, but understandable)...:D

    yes, I clear CMOS and reset BIOS setup to default setting.
    My XP is corp. version.
