    Windows 10 (and 11) doesn't use SLIC for OEM activation.

    Are you planning to get HWID-based activation by upgrading from Windows 7?

    Good, then search for "massgravel github" on Google and get yourself a seamless HWID activation without any hassle.

    Just remember that we don't support this particular activation method here.

    @peter_58_ha

    You're welcome, and thanks for the feedback. Did you try the MSI 2.1 mod, or the Dell 2.7 one?

    There is absolutely no need to feel sorry for the double posting, as such a confusion is pretty obvious. Back in the days, the structure of MSI AMI firmware images was slightly different than the Asus (which was a major mod-worthy OEM boasting AMI BIOS) binaries, so the modding community had to come up with separate methods of insert the SLIC table in them. Eventually people like @Yen, @andyp, and others managed to standardize the methods, which eliminated the actual requirement of maintaining two distinct threads. We didn't merge them for the sake of preserving the legacy, that's it.

    :)
