once a battery hits 100% charge it will stop charging until the voltage falls below a certain level.... however need to ensure that your laptop does not overheat!

So let's say one more time - no battery ever wants to be empty or half full. So, if your battery is not charging 100% and it happens regularly, then something is very wrong. Perhaps you should still contact a specialist in the relevant field.

Seriously what answer can you reasonably expect other than jokes? It's a program written by humans, and each human has it's own idea of ow something should work. The only one that can give you an answer is the coder who wrote that utility

Yes, "nitpicking", especially when it's below 50% now. EDIT: I'll remove MSI Center since after installing it and logging into my user account, Windows always states it's installing updates after restarting or turning off the laptop. I'll only install it to change its setting to make the laptop's battery charge until 60% when it's below 50% since the setting is reset every time I update the BIOS. EDIT 2: I'm not having the previous issue so I'll install it and keep if installed.
