Pl try removing windows apps (metro apps) using other menu then toolkit helper & then remove everything with TH wont result in an error.
you already mentioned that you stated from start.cmd is correct.

I've done a few different debloats over the years, never had an issue till the latest Win 11 ISO. After installing and running SFC /verifyonly I get integrity violations. Any ideas?

 

Check if SFC /verifyonly gets integrity violations on the original unmodified Windows 11 ISO. If so, then this is a Microsoft related issue, not toolkit's.
Also if you have performed toolkit option Apply > Cleanup Source Images using DISM Cleanup-Image on the serviced Image, it will result with ghost SFC error.

Note:
* "Cleanup Source Images using DISM Cleanup-Image" executes the command line: "DISM /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase" on all mounted images.
/Cleanup-Image - Performs cleanup or recovery operations on the image.
/StartComponentCleanup - Cleans up the superseded components and reduces the size of the component store.
/ResetBase - Resets the base of superseded components, which can further reduce the component store size.

In my experience, this issue only affects Windows 10 v2004-21H1-21H2-22H2 images.

Win 11 didn't have this problem. At least until now. That is, cleaning Win 11 images with Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase does not result in a ghost SFC error after system installation. That's exactly what I was going to say.

UPD.^ However, I haven't checked the builds from the Dev channel, but I'm pretty sure they don't have this problem either.

And of course, when components are removed, it is worth remembering that when working ToolkitHelper.exe with some builds, compatibility with which is not guaranteed (the list of compatible ones is always specified in Changelog.txt , attached to each specific version of the Toolkit , if ToolkitHelper.exe also updated), this can also lead to an SFC error after installation.

Does anyone have MSMG Toolkit Packs for Windows 10 latest build?

 

Does anyone have a list to remove bloatware (Windows Apps) from windows 11 but safely? since well some apps are necessary and others are not, does anyone have a list? so you can use it via MSMG Toolkit

 

So are you saying I should not use the Option 5 to Clean Up Source Image after debloating?

 

Any reason you can't download them from the official link?

I remove all, there are no apps that are necessary except some system-specific apps depending on your hardware (ie. nVIDIA Control Panel, Realtek Audio Console)
