You can only upgrade to EnterpriseG from Enterprise. I don't think MSMG toolkit will do that. Hence it just goes to the wrong menu.
Thanks, it worked, and after using the scrip I can open the apps I couldn't before. But in order not to have to use the script everytime I install Windows 10 what apps I shouldn't remove with NTLite? I think I removed some apps which prevented Edge from working... Which ones are absolutely needed?
After integrating something (probably DirectX9) with MSMG, there is an orphaned SID in security properties. I've read about some ways to remove this "deleted account" but wanted to ask if someone here had the same issue and how they deal with that? Cheers.
Sure, next time I'll take a screenshot and post it. The SID is probably a non-existing account, didn't see it before though. On LTSB I integrate Edge, alarms and clock, camera and store. Then DX9, .Net (both) and Dart. Note that this is a Spanish LTSB, could it be a language thing? For example, "Users" translates to "Usuarios". Cheers.
Hi in my humble opinion is better you make install of DirectX9.0C and .NETFX3.5 after install of Windows so you don't need make use of Toolkit as consequence you avoid issues
I cannot integrate Language Packs even though they are present in the correct folder. MSMG Toolkit complains no Language Packs found. MSMG 7.7 launching from E:\MSMG on a Windows 7 SP1 (x64) host.
Hi is better you make use of at least Windows 8.1 as host and try read how to work with MSMG Toolkit in .pdf file first
Is anybody experiencing issues with MSMG and the latest cumulative update, KB4040724 (OS Build 15063.632)? The file size of my final ISO has risen considerably: KB4038788 (OS Build 15063.608) - 2.38 GB KB4040724 (OS Build 15063.632) - 3.98 GB I am not changing anything I do for each build, I followed the exact same steps for both ISO images, used the same version of MSMG and used the same source ISO.
HI MSGM, the tuturial for lp for netfx47, when yo post it? Great work in Toolkit 7.7, is mutch faster
I agree - now that you're not forced to have to sit through the "/StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase" by default when applying changes, the whole thing goes much quicker. Other than cementing any added Windows updates permanently & cleaning the WinSXS folder, is there any real benefit to doing this?
Atm, /StartcomponentCleanup without the /resetbase is the better option, /resetbase breaks windows functionality like "ResetPC".
