He means apps along the lines of Settings (And Windows Security Center if you didn't remove it with the toolkit) which can't be removed/unpinned afaik.
This toolkit doesn't convert Windows 10 Home to Pro Workstation and Pro Education. When installing it on Hyper-V it shows as correct edition on editions select menu. When it finishes being installed both still appear as Home edition.
If i could find the option i would test it, but i can't find it anywhere. You don't need one. I'm talking about apps like Windows Defender Security Center and Mixed Reality Portal.
I got the same result for that. But I forgot to mention I used Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 16299 with updates kb4048951 & kb4048955 already integrated.
This time I tried it with unmodified Windows 10 Home and it worked. Also I forgot to mention before that I used NTLite and not this toolkit for the apps removal. Perhaps it was something to do with NTLite.
