like installing only critical and security updates ??

Besides the latest Windows Defender updates which install regularly, and keep it up to date so far as virus, etc. protection, in a RTM Windows build there will be an Adobe Flash security update, possibly a Dynamic update, and a Cumulative update. You would need to install the newest of these three, and that is it. Windows 10 is NOT like Windows 7 in which you have hundreds of updates after a clean install.

Para que no se actualice debes ir a servicios y deshabilitar windows update.
para que no te busque actualizaciones debes ir políticas de grupo, esto es: windows+R y tipear gpedit.msc.
como no tengo el equipo delante, no puedo detallar los pasos pero luego edito este post y lo detallo. No es complicado. Yo pude hacerlo XDDD
Hay que tener en cuenta que si se necesita actualizar un driver desde p.ej. administrador de dispositivos, hay que volver a activar windows update y ponerlo en manual. Luego se vuelve a desactivar manualmente.
