We have are own views, back in day people liked Windows Xp more than windows 7, than slowly people adapted to windows 7 and than came the time windows 10 arrived and people like windows 7 more at that time and some people still do but the thing is its always been nature than we see change as bad thing but with the change in graphics industry people are shifting from gradient graphics to plain simple logos and wallpapers, i know it might not look as good option at that time but people with adapt to change slowly slowly

Liking one wallpaper more then another one is not really the same as liking an entire OS more then another one ;)
It's all about personal taste, like i like the old metalic blue VMWare wallpaper more then the new white with colors screaming one :)

I think the Advent name has been discontinued, the computers was sold via Currys/Dixons/PC World group here in England. They outsourced the computers from other manufacturers and had them renamed as Advent. Some where decent others not so.

Novatech is another UK seller that uses ASUS (or Pegatron) motherboards within some of their laptops.

Possible DMI Conflict - [eMachines E527 ] Resolved As [EMachines] -- i had done a test ages ago with EMachines dummy dmi data but not seen it work on a real pc. :D

On the next QT (and MRP) the max board capacity will state "Depends on motherboard's memory array" - which means it may not be the total amount but what each slot's capacity is.

It is a odd WMIC result at times. I have one PC i tested it said the max capacity was 4096 MB yet the board had 8gb (2x 4gb ram sticks) the manual said board max capacity was 8gb.

Very confusing they used one WMIC call to get two types of results and no way to tell which result is for what.

it is the Australian one. Looks like they do special systems.

its a obscure brand so not to worry about that one, i don't think anyone has actually got one of their systems.

I only really added it because i found the SLIC 2.1 and Certificate for it.
