No need to apologize. What former you're talking about? None of these projects has ever used "the loader" if you mean to say Windows Loader by Daz.

I believe the original project by Searchengine did have the option of using Daz's Loader.

The current project does not have the loader in.

You can add to the setupcomplete.cmd the loader 'batch' which can be found on Windows Loader thread to make use of the Loader function within that batch file.

Or manually run the loader after MRP has completed.

    Code:
FYI here is the setupcomplete.cmd file made in notepad and saved as setupcomplete.cmd
Either create a SetupComplete.cmd or edit an existing one, then place this within the scripts folder along with the loader.exe.

    @ECHO OFF
    %~dp0"Windows loader.exe" /silent /preactivate
    cd %~dp0
    attrib -r -a -s -h *.*
    exit

note there is no shutdown command. You will need to reboot the pc after MRP has completed to hopefully get the loader to activate.

Sorry if I was unclear: "former" being the Windows 7 Installation Guide" and the latter the MRP method. Yes by Loader, I meant the Windows Loader by Daz. It was not clear to me whether MRP method required it (Loader) to be added to Scripts file or not.

But if MRP adds the OEM info, would not the Windows Loader by Daz be redundant for the MRP process?

Loader will not be needed if the PC that MRP is installed on has the required SLIC (for Vista/7), then the pc would activate normally.

The loader is only needed if the pc has no valid SLIC to activate vista/7.

MRP does the branding and if the PC has the required SLIC (or MSDM) present it will attempt to activate it.

Windows loader also can install the keys and certs for 7 systems with slic, though.

MRP and it's predecessors have evolved to use their own "database" of keys and certs.

    MRP Beta v52s Test #3 - Available!

First page, Post #2 updated with download link.

IMPORTANT: See the ReadMe.txt file within the archive for details.

Test v2 was pulled as I was informed of a bug that prevented MRP from branding properly.

If no more bug reports then this will become the new BaseLine release.

Will wait a few days until i change its status from Beta to BaseLine to allow for any last minute fixes if any bugs/spelling mistakes found.

Then the new MRP will be released.

I am sure you will notice the speed up. :D

    Example Project.log (enhanced mode on):
    Code:
    Multi-OEM/Retail Project Version : 170127-R52s-BETA [MRP/MDL]

    Files present and extracted successfully.

    Thanks @Enthousiast :)

Had to buy a new 1 TB drive for my test pc today, the old one which i thought was 2yrs old was in fact 7yrs old, finally was laid to rest. SMART failure for over a year, today no 'backup and replace message', no goodbye, just no response, it served me well.

    Seagate 500GB Barracuda 2010-2017 RIP :p

Sure was tcntad, it had a hard life bless it, more so this past few months with project tests.

Very much doubt even a top of range SSD would of lasted half as long with all the hammer it got.
