The insider extra testing seems to be working :)

It will only show if it can be 99.9% assumed it is a preview build...

It still may not be perfect but hopefully no false results for non previews. :)

:g: hmm will investigate why this happened...

Odd that everything is saying it has copied the theme and set it all up etc yet - the desktop picture is missing...

What is strange is that the routine is the exact same for all OS's, only w10 has a few extra parts done for the User picture..

Most strange, just tested same windows 8.1 Pro (x86) install using Phlico as custom theme and all installed perfectly as normal! :g:

Have just installed the x64 version (w8.1 Pro) and all the theme installed too...

On TC3 which i am editing and then testing, the debug1.log will have a bit more info for the $OEM$ copying etc part - in case there is a glitch -- then at least it gives me an idea, (hopefully), of where the problem is.

I have fixed the entry in the debug1.log about 'User-200.png replacement failure' this was a cosmetic error and it will only say that IF the file has actually failed to copy over and not by the previous check which changed the variable status by mistake, also this seems to be localized to Win 8.x Kernels only.

    *Edit*
TC5 fixes the issue when the desktop background not showing, more so for windows 8.1 and also the lock screen is working again, the log-on screen not always show as i believe it is somehow locked to a solid color or something was changed in Update3 or later update... :g:

The above fix may also kick in automatically if for some reason there is a issue with failing to copy over a file to the Info theme folder...

MRP is at TC6 stage and is progressing nicely after fixing a few little glitches that have appeared with Windows 8.x.

On Windows 8.x installs the theme will have a 'Grey' sort of titlebar and taskbar look, because of how locked down the w8.x display stuff is, however this 'Grey' color looks a lot better than that weird black title bar with black text, (unreadable), format which seemed to appear on some installs before...

You can still change the color for those parts in 'Settings>Personlize' if you wish.

Also reworded a few log entry lines along the way - again. :D

I taught of something like that... in fact i tried putting the script files into the sysprep folder but then when prepreping crashed and cant login any more lol, so what ill try is making the sysprep image first then ad the project files like you mention.
One question: should copy just the script folder or the whole $OEM$ folder?

I am planning to do a test myself, $OEM$ folder and all of it's content goes in to the ISO sources folder, and windows will copy the scripts folder to c:\windows\setup\ during installation, so the scripts folder from the $OEM$ should be placed in c:\windows\setup (would be my first test) and when you boot up the system it should run.

MRP at TC9 stage -- 'almost' at Release Candidate, making sure all new edits work as expected before it moves to that stage - which means it not too far away for release :)
