    Just got home :)

Initial CT scan not show a clear image because some issues due to the metal coils and x-rays not like them ,as it just shown a bright white area obscuring the view.

So the MRI was then done which shown no 'leaks' or serious compacting - phew , but does show a potential new aneurism, but it only small less than 5mm, it will be monitored by more MRI scans over the next few months.

The initial front right lobe damage has reduced but there still is some 'dead' parts but not as much as the first MRI scan i had in 2019 !!

Been prescribed Amlodipine to help with blood pressure and to see if that helps the dizziness etc, i cant have Nimodipine because it a class A restricted drug and mainly used just after a stroke/SAH.

It is in one way , the new possible one is just small and may not get bigger -- if the medication helps, which it should. :)

I have put things off getting it checked for a few months because of the covid stuff but in the end im happy with the results that i not have to undergo that procedure again, well not for the foreseeable future :D

    Anyway enough of that :D

MRP will be back on track shortly, was working on RC4 and it may get delayed for testing for a day or so - will see how i feel ;) :p

    Acer brands ok :)

Provided the dmi has acer name in which for a genuine acer laptop it should.

The text highlight is a bit hit and miss on w11 , more so with the new App version of NotePad., sometimes it works , other times it may not.

Recently a few subtle changes have been done with Win 11's theme side by m$.

At least the changes in the 'W11 slim start menu' option keeps things at the 2 icons i pre-set even after a reboot in MRP146 RC5. :)

The Recommended section i cant work out how to stop that refilling - not yet anyway.

Have resumed work on the projects :)

The QT has had a few shuffles in the log data so it more easier to check for stuff under the headers.

Test MRP 146 has had a update too , nothing major just the new changes to the slim W11 start menu and it should stay unfilled by m$ - unless you not use the prevent adverts, or the prevent store apps auto updating, option(s) , which then m$ will most likely try to shovel some new apps on your PC!

As mentioned previously there will be two icons on the w11 slim start menu - Settings and File Explorer, when you use the Slim W11 start menu option, they are the least obtrusive and are functional.

Edge may try to squeeze itself there if you install/update to latest version.

Been a bit too hot weather-wise here in Britain (for a change!) so not really been coding anything, but as it a bit cooler today, (no sun just cloudy), have done a bit more so MRP 146 is at RC7 stage, tidied a bit of the old code up and pruned some no longer needed parts plus merged others.

As mentioned previously this will be a bug fix release with a bit of new code for the W11 slim start menu that seems to be working - probably have just jinxed that now! :D

Once happy with the new updated code i will probably release it asap.

The next QT is about ready too, the changelog may be a bit thin in details as lost some of the notes but it should cover the main points done. :)

I've heard quite different things about British summers. :p

Weather will become hot again, according to forecasts. No need to rush anything. Except when hiding from the heat in the basement and feeling boring...

One of the best descriptions for the seasonal weather in Britain is, in winter the rain is cold, in summer its a bit warmer. :D

I hope the NHS can afford it, well us tax payers pay their heating bills.

Added two new w11 options for the next MRP -- if they work :p

I did say that the text highlight can be hit and miss on recent insider builds. :D

Maybe it is something in VMTools it not like in this case?

On a physical PC the color is set ok..
