On RC8 for MRP 147, just updated a few lines in the log output.

ServerTurbine :g: must be a new one... At least MRP picked out the edition name right :D

Cant remove the icon for Edge on the taskbar so it will have to stay, but the edge desktop shortcut is gone even for the default and Public desktops. Not sure if it will be gone for any new user created but i am hoping it will be.

With w11 builds the taskbar is a bit more awkward to clean, managed to clear most but the edge icon still appears as the edge browser must get deployed after mrp tweaks been run.

W10 is far easier to customize than 11. Hopefully i can work out a better method to tidy the taskbar.

Yes 147 rc9 is latest compiled today.

Been busy past few days tidying up the code as some was redundant old test stuff. Some updated bits internally.

In the betatest area the exe may have a different checksum as i not always upload same as the alpha test one so that betatesters have at least the latest stable one.

Enth you have the alpha test exe hence the slight size and checksum difference as you have the one with test code in the same as i use to test with.

I always try to keep one or two older rc exe files renamed to show older ones just incase latest test not work properly.

Had a few times i had to revert code or my backup failed so had to grab last uploaded one to recover my files.

MRP v147 has been uploaded, 2nd post download link, password and hashes have been updated. :)

+ Updated DMI checking routines to be more efficent when checking for a specific OEM brand name. Example: Aorus, Clevo etc.

+ Updated/separated the Windows 10/11 TitleBar and Hilight routines to show clearer what the settings used are/do etc.

+ Added 'Default' to the TitleBar color selection. This leaves the TitleBar colorizaion to what the OS decides either via the theme in use or by the defaults set by m$.

+ Added remove/block 'Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser', this can also affect detecting to upgrade to a later OS/Build as it stops information being sent back to the m$ servers to determine what OS you have and if allowed/possible to upgrade to a newer OS/Build.

+ Fixed an issue with the 'Your Phone' app not being operative if the block OS adverts option was enabled or if the option to remove all 'safe' apps which could at times affect the 'Phone' app too.

+ The 'Phone' app is now *only* disabled/removed *IF* the option to remove the 'Phone' app is selected.

+ Various internal code tweaks to make MRP run smoother.

Forgot to add that the Edge shortcut should be gone from the desktop when the option to remove it is used, however the taskbar icon is still present, when get time i will see if that can be removed too...

Hopefully no issues as i have released it slightly earlier than i wanted as time is a bit tight at moment.

Added a simple test to see if the device is online and connected...

    QT v125 Example:
    Code:
Wifi Adapter Status : Available, Reference: SSID, Service State: Running.
Online Connection Status : Internet appears to be connected.
