Uploaded latest GUI QT , post #3 updated. A bit more Defender information, Device Guard and Hypervisor Enforced Code Integrity modes.
I know the 'Hypervisor Enforced Code Integrity mode' option can be used for windows 10 too, but i decided to have it just for windows 11 to save more code needed to test what build/UBR etc if i had it for w10 too.
I will consider it, but if i not have enough time then it be sorted for next release. Have several health checks i have to attend which is limiting my time on the projects.

I am up early to day as noticed a issue with the new option, it not being actioned properly for some reason, so while i have a bit of time i will move the code integrity option to the W1x section.
i think it chopping off the last part, some gfx cards have 'internal(RAMDAC)' as a DAC name and that confuses the check so i only check for the first part and i must of inadvertently used that variable as the result Easy to sort, just got a few more important things to fix first in the main project.
Adjusted MRP to have the Defender code integrity protection for w10 (17093+) and w11. Just doing a test install now to make sure it is working as intended as before it was not always being set correctly on any editions... Note this option's functionality depends on the OS, such as if the CPU VT mode is enabled, various requirements of the feature must be met by the OS or it will be ignored or it could cause issues such as random BSODS/GSODS. MRP does simple checks to prevent problems and will ignore/disable it where necessary, the OS should decide otherwise! Basically when it is available for builds it designed for then the OS will decide to enable or disable, the MRP option is to either set it to disabled, or attempt to enable it. ------------- Hopefully sorted the GUI QT's 'Interna' result reference and should be back to normal. Will upload a bit later as i need to look at a few other bits in the QT first. Thanks @Carlos Detweiller for letting me know, something i easily missed
Uploaded fixed GUI QT post #3 updated. Fixed the 'Interna' result, should now show Internal etc again.
MRP v148 BC2 - works now with the Code Integrity option, after many hours sorting the code. It does some checks for build etc for w10, or if cpu vt mode not enabled. It just depends on the os if enabled is allowed, but in most cases should be enabled by default, but mrp also gives the option to disable it regardless as it could cause issues, even M$ says it could.

Odd on core/home the core integrity option gets ignored, i not stop that edition working with it so it must be something in os blocking it. Spent hours on refining that option yet just cant get it right. With cpu vt disabled the option gets ignored as it needs that enabled as it one part it requires, the log should of wrote that in the disabled section of the log. Sadly i not have much time to look through it again, so it may just be left as it is or i take out that option.
On my w11 pro test with option set as disabled it correctly shown that mrp had disabled core integrity. So i know the option runs through the code as i even copied the code block to a stand alone cmd script and all settings worked as i tried all variants, yet something during os installation it not like.
Spent another 2 hours with that code integrity option, have done even more checks and flags set or unset depending on the outcome of the setting... Will check if it is already enabled or disabled before attempting the MRP user setting and log results and ignore the MRP setting when both are same setting ie User = No , check = No Checks if the CPU VT flag is enabled or not and if not option ignored. If permission error happens then that will be logged too, very rare that happens but added anyway because the code integrity can cause issues as mentioned. Now if this does not set on Core/Home editions of w10/11 then obviously the OS forcefully denies the use of that option or setting for Defender. The only non setting of enabled or disabled of this option will be for the following reasons: 1. OS denies the use of it. 2. Wrong OS ie below W10 (Anniversary Edition). 3. Permission error to set registry, rare but checked for - just in case. 4. CPU VT Mode is not enabled or available as this is one component the code integrity requires. Also a VM will have this VT mode disabled so the result in MRP will be always not used. 5. Some other error i am not aware of! ------- Manual stand alone script the logic all tested ok, hopefully in my install tests it will work as well. Managed to scrounge a 2nd hand cheap SSD as testing with a laptop HDD (5200 rpm) in a desktop was miserably slow
