Just had report that there seems to be a hang just after the all safe apps removsl has completed and mrp not go any further, that's on vmware. That is on latest canary insider build. Will look at code again when i get home later and if it is a insider issue i may just auto disable that option, will see how tests go.
These insider builds get weirder and weirder i am going to download that latest insider and see if it hangs with actual hardware, it appears the app removal completes but never returns control back from the PS subroutine It could be a routine after as i noticed the photoviewer text isn't shown which is the next option routine after the all safe apps one. As i know @Enthousiast has a full set ini so i know that photoviewer option was selected too and MRP never reaches there in this test scenario... Hmm... Canary Channel: Ideal for highly technical users. Preview the latest platform changes early in the development cycle. These builds can be unstable and are released with limited to no documentation. I have added a bit more info just before the exit back and straight after so i can see where (if possible) which part is the hang area... I was wondering what apps are listed in a untouched canary build as it could be a new app that is required and is being removed so the OS stops MRP from continuing. There is a set of app removals for insider builds and the only difference is the 'feedback hub' not being removed those, knowing m$ there could be another sneaked in one that is required and insider builds not like being removed...

Well explorer.exe is buggered its in taskmanager but if you restart it it all vanishes then re-appears but still no go clicking ThisPC, i can access the C/T menu items ok in the admin tools... Cant even create a new explorer.exe task so only one instance allowed... Strange...
