Hmm it not detect oems 7z or even dmi data Even custom theme not setting, odd that no errors either. Will recheck code tomorrow.
CustomTheme Brand Option : Disabled - Cannot set any brand when the OEM's archive is not present or corrupted. Hmm just saw that error. Did you use the oems 7z that's in the mrp154 archive as that designed to work with this rc2.
Will check code anyway as something not feel right. Will need to update the guiqt too to cover the newly added theme/dmi.
I only mentioned it as at top of mrp's log it usually states if oems.7z file is detected. Im sure it would report if it was missing or not right in some way at the very top area of the log. I will recheck my code and oems 7z tomorrow morning just in case i made any errors. Im pretty confident that the theme itself is all correct. It may be in the brand detection section i made an error. This part is missing {example}.... Code: The extracted OEM's folder structure appears correct. I have done a DMI debug test using the DMI info from the Shenzhen data and MRP's routine detects the brand name so i know MRP's routine works as it uses the same code to check. Have uploaded mrp154 rc3 with extra oems and dmi checks for beta testers. Also uploaded guiqt rc test with razer and shenzhen detection info in as well.
Phew i was worried i had messed up somewhere. Odd vhd not work , maybe how they operate, no idea not used that system or method of use. I was in middle of testing a install with custom theme set as Shenzhen but part way through we had a power cut so that shafted that idea. Gone over to my friends for a few hours as it could be later tonight when power restored at my home area as a substation got flooded with over night rain storm. On phone so spelling may be strange.
I know vbox can have some weird effects with mrp, although i think it only on the latest v6 and not on a older v5.x.x vbox software version.
Once i get back into full time coding , or at least more time i will hopefully be rewriting mrp in autoit as the guiqt was a test bed to working out how to query dmi etc which took a lot of attempts to match the code used in the current mrp format. The only downside will be that it for w10 and above only as it will save having to write code in for the retired older os's. It probably be around mrp200 by the time i get anywhere near the rewrite.
No worries. I not know that vhd way, will have to have a play when i can as i understand it can make things easier for multiple installs etc.
