For reference did your main PC come with Windows pre-installed when bought? If so then it may be that there is a MSDM table in the BIOS which is being 'seen' by the windows setup and its takes over installing say Home/Core or Professional Edition without asking... You can use the ei.cfg file from the MRP archive to place in the Sources folder of your install media so it tells Setup to ask for Edition selection if more than one Edition is present in the install.wim(esd). Normally if no MSDM table present it usually asks what to install, unless it is a autopilot connected device as i found out on my last 2021 released DELL laptop reformat.

nope i just newly install windows i put MRP in ISO, and it doesnt work, no log files, i didnt see ei.cfg in windows iso because its only Pro
Hmm, as no log files was created it indicates that oobe.cmd was not called by setup for some reason The ei.cfg file in the MRP archive just tells setup to ask which edition to install, as you only have pro in the wim then it will most likely skip that step so that not the issue... Not sure off hand, does the same iso work on vmware? -- If so then something is skipping oobe.cmd stage on the main pc, now a dummy MSDM can trigger setup to skip oobe.cmd and so MRP is not run, a few years back i had someone mention about a dummy MSDM which caused a lot of head scratching but that was sorted so i doubt it that in this case.
Nice idea to add To query tool Decrypt system key from. Rt thread So private log will include system key And public log will include partial key
The OS product key is shown on the private log but only partial on the public one. If you mean the MS Office key, i think i have added the C2R partial but i never went further with that section as been busy with other parts etc.
Today i have a hospital appointment which will take most of the day So i not be able to do anything coding wise or replies until either later tonight or tomorrow.
Hey @mxman2k ! Thanks for letting us know. I hope your hospital appointment goes smoothly. Don't worry about coding or replies – take your time, and we'll catch up later. Take care!
The appointment is in a few hours time, luckily it not an invasive set of tests so that i will be allowed to drive there, as otherwise i would of had to cancel or re-schedule the heart tests as i cant handle public transport in the city. I only got the phone call Monday to say i have the appointment today as originally the letter i had in December stated it may be late January to middle February, but the hospital booked me in for this early appointment. I had a letter confirming the appointment yesterday and a form to fill in which i have to take with me and the list of medication i take -- which seems to be growing every month!, plus a nice map of where the area i need to go -- which is confusing to say the least . Have had a few 'off' days recently which is why i not been on MDL as much and not done anything code wise apart from the PowerSpec logo updates in the OEM's.7z archive. Don't worry folks i will be back on track again soon!!
You have to remember that sometimes the decoded keys are not quite what they seem, some glitch in the matrix? or that sometimes when decoding a character is off some how and you get a odd result.
