I found something like that starting from version 19045.3633.
At that time I was dealing with WFC which suddenly stopped giving block notes and
the warning popup also disappeared.
I can't change the value of the registry unless I run regedit in system privilege.

 

Yes. Change that registry value, everything runs normally again.
I've been using WFC 6.11.0.0, and it didn't help much until I had to change the registry.

Initial test seems fine, no visible errors!

Also that issue I had with hidden taskbar search icon making search broken (where you could just press win button and type search word) is fixed, atleast on Server.
Dont know if it always worked or whatever, but didnt on W11 last time i tried
