For vista compliance images must be under 256 kb. Thus the reason for compression. I didn't compress the images too much because most were already under that size. If not windows vista then add what ever size you wish. I use one image to do all OS's. I reduced size because everyone was complaining....now ppl still complain. Use google to find the oem images you wish to replace. You don't need me to do this....you can do it yourself. OEM's have been customizable for end users thus no need to complain to me but edit it yourself. I will not support older version so if you have issues you are on your own.

Note: I have been in the hospital for over a week now and I still have a while to go before I am released....then I will need time to recoop.

Also you don't even have to zip the OEM's folder up....you can leave it uncompressed and it will still work. You can remove any you don't want, add custom oem info if you wish (used with force theme.txt file) for computer shops that use their own custom info. OEM's folder is totally customizable for end users.

    I'm off to rest now.

It does work...been tested by many including myself on real machines using usb. Unless you tampered with the new project then it will fail because of built in checks. Compairing the old project to the new project is senseless.

I installed Windows 8.1 and it did not add branding why, what did I do wrong?

Did I need OEM-Sync.exe and oemscan in the %oem% folder in sources.

I only have these files in the %oem% folder in sources: 7za.exe Install.zip OEM's.zip and OOBE.cmd

    Please help me?

You need the decompile.exe also or failure will occur. Ppl must include all files or this project will not work. It has built in checks and if all checks are not meet then failure occurs. Its made this way on purpose! This new project is nothing like the old and can not work with old project files either.

As most of you can see I am repeating myself in almost every post. lol

If ppl would just add the $oem$ folder to the sources folder of the ISO or USB it will work, if not then post results.txt from query tool v6.3. If query tool shows that the project will work for your machine then the project itself will work. Query tool is based off the same code. ;)

That is the last version which is on first post download link. The only file you can edit how you want is the OEM's.7z file, all other files are required.

Added to first post but it requires end users to read it...

End users can edit or omit the OEM's.7z file only. All other files are required!
