Nope, they are Retail only ... Pro and Core. Why you need especially VL? EDIT: To be clear, they can still be activated by KMS .
Is it just me or are there no seeders on some of these? trying the 8.1 enterprise x64 and x86 and embedded and none of them have seeders or peers showing for me. (i just tested torrents from several other sites and they download fine so client is configured fine on my side)
If only people kept seeding instead of grabbing and running, we wouldn't need this mega bs. I have uploaded more than 7 times the size of my torrent and there are 2 seeders including me... If you cry for magnet links, keep seeding you greedy f*cks!
recently I ran an upload magnet for a few days which said a total of 158 gig done up for only 3 files but I only monitored clowns who went home when the soup was cooked. Not worth doing that at all
I wish there was more of an incentive to seed than there already is. I mean we could use a tracker and monitor upload ratio and ban people who don't seed with an ipfilter.dat, but there's not really an automated method for that afaik.

I have one large File DL'd over 50 times and what you think 1 seed me.... #'s do not count unless your counting...
