torrent is really fast tonight to get the wmc esd.
your backup should be the "working" file because if the torrent is still in use [as a seeder.....<3 <3 <3] the command file suddenly has a break....because file is in use

i also downloaded the CODYQX4 's Microsoft Toolkit tool to activate the wim-iso : is that enough ?

the new nlite tool for win7/8.1 will be out soon , the wim-iso is the right version for this tool or do you think the esd will be nlite-able too ?

There is no language pack for Server 2012 R2 with update (MSDN Release Date: 4/2/2014) or can the one from Server 2012 R2 be used?

These are the previous ones from MSDN that I can see - their release date are same as the corresponding server release date.
Release Date: 9/4/2012 - mu_windows_server_2012_language_pack_x64_dvd_917551.iso
Release Date: 9/9/2013 - mu_windows_server_2012_r2_language_pack_x64_dvd_2710896.iso

 

the one from Server 2012 R2 must be used, no newer lang packs released

 

do you have a solution for the kb2919355 update ?
i reinstalled win8.1 wmc this morning and all others installed fine in one shoot .

i use the msu file before and after having installed updates but result is the same as the winupdate file : update already installed...
i used 7zip 9.32 beta to extract files and it showed two errors , in case that help ..

i saw that exe when i downloaded the msu file , i can not find it again and i do not care so much because , i will find a new iso having the patch sooner or later ...and i have big trouble with activation

if i ask about this update , it is because windows update is showing it in the list of patches to apply
many people has the bug with it , especially the win8.1wmc...like me
