Music app volume is decreased when minmized [SOLVED]

Anyone else getting this problem lately? If you listen to music in the music app and you tab to the desktop, the volume is decreased by like 90 %. And when i tab back to the music app the volume is at normal 100 %.

I didn't have this untill installing the KB2751352 patch.

Anyone know how to solve it because a reboot dosn't help.

edit: if you ever come across this, reinstall whatever driver takes care of your hd audio. for me it was video driver.

I don't have any such problem. A likely solution is as follow:

Control Panel --> Sound --> Communications --> Select ?Do Nothing"

Try above solution....Hopefully it will solve your problem.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

That did not work. Looks like I have to kill those processes 6 times a day because it comes back random.
