You say "lately" - so what have you installed lately? You never replied to tonto11's (first to respond) suggestion. How much free drive space is remaining? Could be the pagefile is starting to choke. Hope you get it fixed!
Here's what my AutoRuns Login tab looks like. Compare it to yours. I'm betting that you have more stuff listed.
Good to see that there are other people aware of AutoRuns and use it to clean up all the crapware that windows loads when it starts. I guess I could trim mine down a bit by removing the Intel igfx Tray Module, and the HD Audio Control Panel. I don't use them very much, but it's nice to have them handy when needed, and I don't think they take too big a toll on memory usage.
I agree. The pic was of my desktop. Portables have more running to get the bells and whistles I like, but the stuff that tends to clog up my machines gets deselected.
