My HDD maybe dead?

    I have had something similar in the past because the HDD I was using already had issue and it's small size. I have been managing it all along until I formated it with the i switch and it killed it.

    when you pull the drive from it's external bay and connect it directly to the motherboard with the sata and power cables, does it show up in your bios?

    @Hadron-Curious well I try but no luck so to solve the issue I catch my big hammer and bum on it issue solved lol and bought one new ;):biggrin:

    That is the right way to go, bro. I need to have a big hammer around should in case I come across same HDD problem. :D

    Platter drives have rare earth magnets inside them that can be fun to play with but they can really pinch hard if your not careful
