My Quick Launch icons reset to alphabetical order at every Shut down, Restart, Log off, or Explorer restart. Folders in alphabetical order at top. Shortcuts in alphabetical order below. Anyone got an idea of how to stop this?

Only a new complete and clean installation of Windows with reinstallation of programs will help. You can only use "keep your files" but not settings. Yeah, that's probably what I figured. I just wiped the SSD and reloaded the system using Dell's restore USB drive. After Dell Command update stopped running I was on the October update 19045.6456 and had all the Dell software updated to the latest. I am now backing up everything to try a repair install with an 10.0.19045.6546 ISO. Everything was fine until Dell software popped up and wanted to optimize the system. Well, it actually unoptimized the system. I just installed this system a few days ago. Wont let that run again. All DISM commands show no errors as does SFC and Sysnatives Components scanner. Bill
