    Looks good... what is the problem?

    It does not activate? Only the bios date 11/14/2007 seems to be something to keep an eye on

    oh you know what? If you are not getting activated it may have to do with the new WAT service flagging you as a pirate because your bios is a 2007 built aka. before windows 7 was released.

    What version of Windows 7 Ultimate did you install? original RTM with verified sha-1 hash? Or a custom build?

    Did you copy the certificate to the C:\ drive first ????
    Also, did you run the slmgr command from an elevated CMD prompt (Run CMD as Administrator) ???
