My steps to MOD my HP F.2E Phoenix Bios to SLIC 2.1

    Acer Aspire 6920G

    I'm just trying to mod my bios of an Acer Aspire 6920G. When I modify the "BIOSCOD01.ROM" do I need to overwrite the whole Value after RSDT (ACRSYSACRPRDCT LTP) or just the first part ACRSYSACRPRDCT?

    The correct string for Acer Laptops would be ACRSYSACRPRDCT-ANNI, am I correct?

    I case of my, I just change to HPQOEMSLIC-MPC. The length of string you replace should equal to what you want to replace.
    I mean if after RSDT is "ACRSYSACRPRDCT LTP" have a same length with "ACRSYSACRPRDCT-ANNI" , you may correct.
    But for sure,I recommend you just use the first past.

    Is there a difference in creating our own BIOS using your steps or just downloading the modded BIOS you are hosting on mediafire?

    Yeah I just noticed that.

    Could you try adding the HP RSDT table reference for me?
