I just checked again and nothing, so did what you sugest retrieve the license info from https://martau.com/cc/user.php and voila fanaly I got it that way. Thanks for the reply.

Received license details but that is from automatic server, Before used to receive email from the vendor on winning the giveaway ( congratulating message ) and license details, So that email from vendor is still not received! Did you asked the vendor for sending email to winners?
